Minor updates within a major version

An update is from one RELEASE to another within the same version. Updates are FREE of charge to all customers, for example version 4.1.1.1 to 4.1.8.6 would be FREE

Major upgrades from previous versions

An upgrade is from one VERSION of software to another version, for example 3.x.x.x to 4.x.x.x

We offer all existing customers an opportunity to upgrade. Customers with OiC Remote Assurance can upgrade completely FREE of charge, other customers will pay just 50% of the current list price of the software to upgrade (on qualifying existing purchases)
