The ideal solution for scanning and indexing documents in batches. Scan batches of
- Invoices
- Orders
- Contracts
Place the documents in the document feeder of the scanner, press scan. When scanning is complete ScanToPDF will display a fully configurable indexing screen to enable the documents to be indexed. The index data can be used to name the file and is stored in the PDF as Metadata.
The document indexing enables input from
- Text Boxes
- Date Pickers
- Drop down lists (populated with fixed values or from database connections using ODBC)
This evaluation uses a fix page batch separation (1 scanned page becomes a PDF file) but this is easily changed to variable page batch scanning using a blank or black separator page.
