OCR Zone Data Extraction

The ideal solution for extracting data (using OCR) from zones on documents. The data can then be used to name files, split the batch and even output the data to other systems (with the addition of the Data Exporter plug-in). Extract data such as

Invoice number, invoice date, invoice value
Delivery note number, delivery date
Medical record details; patient name, date of birth etc

Scan files and then extract the data, no need to re-key data into other systems, use the data file from the Data Exporter to import the data into other systems for further processing.
