Known Issues
Some versions of the Microsoft .Net Framework may cause a problem with activation
ScanToPDF activation fails with an error message that states "Savinglicense data failed. You may not have sufficient privileges for savingmodule activation keys on the machine. Please run this application withAdministrator privileges to perform this operation."

Solution
Download and install the Microsoft .Net Framework SP1 by clicking the link below (or copying and pasting into an Internet Browser Address bar).
