ScanToPDF Batch File Processing Solutions
Our batch file processing solutions have been created for workgroups or departments that share scanners (usually which scan to a network folder). These solutions enable the files produced by the network scanners to be batch processed, fast and efficiently into new folders and named using barcode recognition. The solution will delete the source file and make a backup copy (if required) and can even process files from different source folders into different destination folders.
- High Volume Network Scanner Solution - Batch process files scanned by network scanner (or copiers) and process them using barcodes to separate the batch into individual PDF files. Advanced barcode syntaxes enables files to be routed to different folders based on the barcode values being read
- Barcode Server Solution - This is a high volume server based solution which runs as a window service with unlimited page counts for fixed cost processing. Monitor multiple network folders for source documents produced by network scanners. Fast processing of barcoded documents in batches
- High Volume Network Scanner OCR Solution - Batch process files scanned by network scanner (or copiers) and process them using barcodes to separate the batch into individual OCR searchable PDF files (text inside PDF). Advanced barcode syntaxes enables files to be routed to different folders based on the barcode values being read
- Low Volume Network Scanner Solution - Scan documents on the network scanner or copier, then use the "Import From Folder" option in ScanToPDF to process the file and save it into a folder chosen by the user. Once the network file has been processed ScanToPDF deletes the file from the network folder
