ScanToPDF Document Indexing Solutions

• Batch Scan & Index - Scan documents in batches using fixed page or blank/black separators and enter index information using customisable windows forms

• Scan & Search - Uses Google Desktop or Windows Indexing Service - Scan the pages and click save. A fully text searchable PDF will be created using the ScanToPDF Filenamer and OCR plug-ins. The files will be placed in a configured folder, and this folder will be indexed by Google Desktop or the Windows indexing service
