The license has no expiry date and also includes the 1st year of support. The price quoted on the product page is a combination of a one off price (the license fee) and an annual price (the support cost, which is 25% of the license fee)

The ScanToPDF Support and Upgrades package has the following benefits :-

✔ FREE major upgrades - customers without support pay 50% (70% after May 1st 2017) of the list price to upgrade.
✔ Prioritized email and telephone support requests, we have 37,000 installations.Support calls from customers without the ScanToPDF Support and Upgrades package are dealt with on a first come, first served basis by email only. Customers with support will be given priority in this process.
✔ Prioritized remote connection by ScanToPDF support consultants to diagnose and correct problems - (viaGotoAssist and suitable web connection)
