We support all our current software.

If however, you encounter a problem that needs urgent assistance, and you have not purchased OiC Remote Assurance, then purchasing a support ticket maybe an option for you to get your system back up and running as quickly as possible.

  • This product enables you to purchase 1 hour of ScanToPDF priority support using Citrix GotoAssist (and telephone where necessary)
  • You can purchase more than 1 hour by changing the quantity field appropriately
  • Use this product only under the guidance of ScanToPDF support staff
  • Please do not use Bank transfer to pay the support ticket fee. Payment must be made by card or PayPal
As soon as you purchase the support ticket you can use it to request urgent support via our Live Chat & Support page.
Please note we are U.K based and our business hours are usually 09:30 - 18:00 Mon - Fri excluding UK public holidays. Support outside of these hours can only be made by prior agreement with OiC.
